I have to admit, I didn't know what to expect when I decided to do the "Muscle Gain Truth Review” Was this just another hyped up muscle building program floating around the internet, or was this the real deal? I have to say that I was very impressed with his training style. Believe me, it takes a lot to impress me when it comes to weight training!
